WHAT MAKES A GOOD QUIZ MASTER?

I was just wondering what you good people think makes a good quizmaster/quiz setter?



Are they folks who somehow naturally have one of those brains which soak up & retain facts, or are they folks who although they have a good broad general knowledge, also know how to seek out good questions?
